Bath Pasteuriser
Suitable for small producers of juice, cider and beer, and other packaged products, the Bath Pasteuriser heats water to a specified temperature in its insulated bath and maintains that temperature throughout the pasteurisation of cold-filled bottles of juice, cider, beer or tinned foods.
A digital control panel allows the user to control the pasteurisation temperature and time before placing up to 50x 1L bottles into the bath for the time specified by the user. This allows the producer to pasteurise at least 100 bottles per hour, creating a more stable, reliable product.
