Your Consultation will be made up of a conversation (in person, via e-mail or via telephone) where we ask you questions such as the processing capacities you need, both now and in the future, the product you will be making, and plenty more to help us pinpoint the perfect equipment to suit your needs.
We can then work with you to plan the layout of your winery or brewery or juice and cider making zone, so that you know where everything is going to go.
Prior to delivery, all products are thoroughly and extensively tested, so you can be sure that once it is installed on your premises, it is very unlikely we will encounter any product issues.
Our experienced Service Engineers really do know what they're doing.
The installation process can take anywhere between a couple of hours and a couple of weeks, depending on your equipment.
Our professional Service Engineers have been sent all over the world on hands-on training courses, and have years of genuine customer experience within the drink production industry.
From plumbing and electrics through to the actual mechanics of each individual piece of equipment, our Engineers will take care of the entire installation.

Once your equipment is installed, we will provide training to ensure that any and all users of the equipment are comprehensively trained on how to safely use and maintain the equipment.
All equipment is protected by a minimum 12 month guarantee.
Regular services (at least once per annum) are also recommended as they will help to increase the longevity of life of your equipment.
