Chamber Pasteuriser

Suitable for small to medium juice, cider, beer and other packaged goods producers, a Chamber Pasteuriser uses steam or water to pasteurise the cold-filled bottled or canned product inside the chamber. Other products can also be pasteurised by this equipment, including vinegar, conserves, chutney and even canned fruit or vegetables.

The smallest Chamber Pasteuriser holds 360x 1L bottles, whilst the largest holds the capacity of 6 Europallets. The smaller models use hot water to pasteurise the cans or bottles, which are easily loaded into the chamber on trolleys. The larger models use steam to pasteurise the product for more effective circulation of heat energy. A forklift truck can be used to transfer the product into the larger chambers and back out again for an extremely efficient pasteurisation changeover process.

Easily powered from an existing boiler or steam generator, a Chamber Pasteuriser allows the producer to make the most of their existing resources.
