De-Stemming and Crushing

Suitable for medium to large-scale wine producers, De-Stemming Machines and Grape Crushers are an effective solution to prepare grapes for pressing. 

Grape crushers are lightweight so they can be placed prior to De-Stemming or prior to pressing, depending on individual winemaking needs. The crusher can process between 5 - 20 tonnes of fruit per hour. 

The De-Stemming machines are available in a range of sizes capable of processing from 3 - 80 tonnes per hour. De-Stemming is an extremely gentle process so as to preserve as much juice as possible to be collected from the first press. A model is available to separate the riper de-stemmed fruit from the rest, to help refine the pressing process and sort the juice produced accordingly.
