Gyropallettes

Suitable for any size of wine producers, Gyropallettes are used to provide a smooth wine riddling process. 

 

The bottled wine is loaded into Riddling Cages which are then loaded onto the Gyro mechanism. The mechanism slowly and smoothly tips each Riddling Cage to cause the yeast sediments to move into the neck of the wine bottle in a smooth, consistent manner.

 

These Gyropallettes are compatible with the modular setup and the components of the control panels of existing Gyropallettes, even from different manufacturers.

The mechanism can be run automatically or with manual prompting, and sequences can be controlled and 'saved for next time' using the intuitive control panel.
