Semi-Automatic Disgorging
Suitable for medium winemakers, a Semi-Automatic Disgorging line has lower processing speeds than an automatic line, and some manual input is involved.
The line can include equipment to take care of everything from disgorging right through to labelling, but this can be specified based on your needs, as two disgorging lines are rarely ever the same.
Core offer a free consultation service to help winemakers to specify the equipment which meets their needs.

Neck Freezer
The Neck Freezer freezes the yeast deposit into the neck of the bottle so it can be easily removed further in the process. The Neck Freezer is made from stainless steel and features a double glycol tank, allowing easy regulation of glycol levels.
Trays have one or two lines of 11 or 21 bottle cavities depending on the capacity of the model, capable of processing from 700 to 4,000 bottles per hour. Trays need to be manually processed through to the next stage of the disgorging line.
Disgorging-Dosing
The Disgorging-Dosing machine removes the yeast-filled bidule from the bottle and immediately doses the bottle up to a specified level. This ensures even filling and even sugar dosage into all bottles.
Semi-automatic Disgorging-Dosing machines process up to 700 bottles per hour.
Corking and Wiring
The Corking and Wiring machine inserts most types of corks into the disgorged and dosed bottles, and the wiring machine fastens the wire hood to the corked bottle.
Once the bottle is placed, the user must actuate the clamping and corking of the bottle, and the same for the wiring process once the cork has been inserted. The Wiring machine ensures a consistently flat ring on the fastened wire hood, for a smooth and consistent finish to every wine bottle.
Washing and Drying
The Washing Drying machine washes debris, dust and residual glycol from each bottle and dries the bottle ready for labelling.
Compatible with standard, half and special bottles, as well as Magnums, each washer dryer offers an intensive brushing and efficient drying. Two rotary brushes and a constant flow of water ensure the cleanliness of the sides and underneath of the bottle, which is then silently dried in a turbine tunnel.
