Suitable for juice and cider producers of any size, every Washer Elevator Mill is a machine designed to effectively rinse the fruit of grit and dirt prior to milling.

Grated bases on the sorting tables allow for debris to be separated from the fruit, which preserves the life of the milling head. Advanced Whirlpool technology in the bath of the larger Washer Elevator Mills (2 tonne +) provides a more thorough cleanse to the produce.

The elevator takes the hard work out of moving the apples or pears high enough for the hopper of the press, and when combined with a washer and a mill, this machine provides an efficient, fully integrated means of depositing clean apple pomace into your press.

During use, sensors in the mill head detect the presence of milled pomace and increase or decrease the milling rate if necessary to keep the rest of the juicing line working at its optimum rate.
